James Foulkes synthesizes craniosacral therapy, yoga therapy, martial arts and more to help people find new and healthier experiences of embodiment. He has studied CST with the Upledger Institute, Milne Institute, Roger Gilchrist, and others. James is the author of the book Principles and Themes in Yoga Therapy. In this interview from the Breath of Life conference he discusses his many areas of interests and how they relate to craniosacral therapy.

Roger Gilchrist teaches energy medicine internationally, specializing in Polarity Therapy and Craniosacral Biodynamics. He has been teaching Polarity Therapy since 1982 and is an approved teacher with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association. He studied Craniosacral Biodynamics with Franklyn Sills, and is the author of the book Craniosacral Therapy and the Energetic Body, a forthcoming textbook on Polarity Therapy, and has published many articles on energy medicine.
